All course content on this Platform is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided for educational purposes only. ComplySkills does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of AI-generated training material. Your organisation's designated administrator is responsible for verifying and approving all content before it forms part of your official training programme.
ComplySkills accepts no liability for regulatory decisions, enforcement actions, or compliance failures arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
Organisation administrators who mark courses as "Verified" accept responsibility for the accuracy of that content within their organisation. The verification function confirms that a qualified person has reviewed the AI-generated material.
Compliance declarations signed through the Platform are timestamped and stored as part of your audit trail. They do not constitute regulatory compliance on their own and must be countersigned by your designated administrator.
Completion certificates are issued based on quiz pass rates and signed declarations. They confirm training completion only and do not represent professional qualifications or regulatory certifications.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

Course content, images, audio narrations, and platform design are the property of ComplySkills. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplySkills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on its content.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; (c) redistribute, resell, or sub-license course content without written permission; (d) upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content to the Platform; (e) interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time through your settings. On termination, your access to courses will cease, but compliance records and certificates remain available for download for 7 years in accordance with regulatory retention requirements.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
